Strategy Collabrator

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Strategy Collaborator in Indonesia for a 6 months contract role.

The perfect candidate for this role will be very detail-oriented, able to analyze and process a large volume of transactions with high accuracy, have excellent communication skills, be able to partner with technical teams and build strong cross-functional relationships, have a deep curiosity and passion for automation and process improvements, and be capable of multitasking and taking the initiative to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Operator Partnership: Work closely with PM and Indonesian operator partners to unlock business growth via effective marketing & creative strategies:
• Unlock meaningful visibility across partner channels
• Package and pitch content slate and marketing ideas to operator partners
• Project manage partner day to day and campaign workflows, with the help of local agency
• Creative and messaging ideation for how Netflix appears on partner channels
• Brand Partnership: Identify opportunities, strategize and work with agencies to

Skills Required

• Excellent understanding and references of creative projects
• Excellent project management and communications skills with external partners
• Experience in executing integrated marketing tactics from ATL, BTL to owned channel
• Experience and curiosity in deploying marketing tactics that drive meaningful business results
• Passion and proven track record for building effective and impactful creative campaigns and messaging

What Will You Need:

• 8+ years experience in Indonesia, with local + English language capabilities
• Account management + Strategy + creative (Hybrid). Can lead with Account management or strategy experience
• Solid presentation-making skills
• Effective communication skills for feedback and coordination
• Thorough knowledge of the end-to-end creative process
