Account Manager

Salt is hiring an ‘Account Manager’ Singapore focusing on small to medium sized businesses and an opportunity to work with innovative and interesting clients/businesses across Australia and NZ.

Responsibilities:

· Become an expert in ad solutions for businesses of all sizes and tailor recommendations strategically to suit varying client needs

· Work with clients to improve the performance of their overall campaigns

· Align clients KPIs with solutions to drive incremental value

· Grow revenue, educate, and lead strategic conversations with clients

· Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.

Minimum Qualifications

· At least 4+ years of experience in account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, media agency, sales or consulting

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experiences

· Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills

· Ability to influence C levels and build effective relationships

· Knowledge of the media landscape of Singapore is essential. Knowledge of digital media is a bonus.
