Salt is hiring an Account Manager to manage mid-market clients in APAC, running and executing campaigns and driving recommendations on ad solutions to suit client needs and business growth.
Responsibilities
Become an expert in ad solutions for businesses of all sizes and tailor recommendations strategically to suit varying client needs
Work with clients to improve the performance of their overall campaigns
Align clients KPIs with ad solutions to drive incremental value
Grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with clients
Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
Minimum Qualifications
At least 7+ years of experience in account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, media agency, sales or consulting
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experiences
Strong problem-solving and quantitative analytical skills
Knowledge of the media landscape of Singapore is essential. Knowledge of digital media is a bonus.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to influence C levels and build effective relationships
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
Goals driven, ability to transform traditional businesses to unlock incremental growth
