Business Director

Our client is a marketing company under a global group that offers advertising, public relations, shopper marketing, sports marketing, digital marketing, etc. They are one of the top 20 largest advertising agency in the world.

WHAT it’s about?

A replacement role that will be based in Singapore and will be directly reporting to the Managing Director. In this role, you will have an opportunity to manage, influence and grow the agency’s key clients, pitch for new business and grow your own team.

• Grow the account through strategic initiatives and organic revenue growth.
• Always pushing for innovation and new way of doing things that helps build brand and drive sales
• Always pushing to achieve optimised results on campaigns launched.
• Be an inspiration to the creatives by distilling great insights to achieve better creative output
• Lead in new business pitches from brief to ideation

WHAT you’ll need?

• Minimum 10 years of integrated / digital experience in the advertising industry
• Extensive client management experience at director level and above within a digital agency or global marketing management consultancy
• Proven track record in agency-side Client Services, commercial savvy, and a minimum of 8 years work history in a fast-paced technology led environment
• Experience managing large clients-preferably in the mobile-first/ eCommerce sector
• Deep experience in digital media at serious scale, across APAC region.
• Outstanding analytic capabilities and comfort storytelling with data
• Experience with Mobile Attribution, Direct Response, SEM, Programmatic, Social Media, Display
• Previous experience managing a team
• Vocal and confident disposition
• Hold a bachelor’s degree at minimum
