Digital Infra Manager

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Digital Infra Manager for a 12 months extendable contract role for a well know Technology Client

What Will You Do:

Evaluate current website, re-define and develop a strong Web experience to power business strategy and service

Partner with agency to develop and optimize web presence

Define and develop the strong WeChat strategy to power business strategy and service

Create and execute all end to end WeChat digital media activities supporting China programmes, e.g. develop and manage on/offline event experience through WeChat, build SMB education hub/ platforms on WeChat or other platforms

Day to Day management and development of editorial content on website, social media and blog pages.

Setting up best practise of Web, social media (WeChat) and digital marketing, and provide strong recommendations on channel optimization.

What Will You Need

• 5+ years of solid digital and website management experience & fluency in technical opportunities & requirements
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization across China market will be essential.
• Experience working in the China digital marketing space. B2B marketing experience is a plus.
• Experience in developing and managing WeChat surfaces (including but not limited to OA & MP), with knowledge on Salesforce solutions
• Intellectual curiosity and rigorous analytical experience and a strong familiarity with the digital environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage communications with various stakeholders (internal and external).
• Self-motivated, high capacity individual who can function and win in a demanding, performance-driven environment
• Creative problem solver who can incorporate new learnings into existing plans and act decisively and independently
• Proven ability to inspire, collaborate with, and influence the business partners.
• CMS experience will be a value add.
