You will report to the founder whose leadership style is direct and open. Like the culture they have built they welcome to be challenged and are action oriented and driven. They love data so providing the evidence is key.

This marketing role whilst based in Singapore covers multiple markets, multiple categories and products and will continue to drive our client’s impressive growth trajectory.

You will establish the vision and roadmap driving innovation and commercial outcomes whilst collaborating with all areas of the business including design, creative, production, quality, marketing, logistics and finance. Collaboration is central to the culture; working together to solve problems and provide the best possible outcomes. Together you will identify trends and opportunities utilizing great customer insights to shape the product offering.

This role really does encompass every aspect of Category and Product Management and will utilize both your strategy and execution capability.

You will lead a team, sharing the vision and strategic direction whilst coaching to develop capability and allow the company to fulfill its growth plans.

To really make this marketing role your own you will have an interest in design trends and home aesthetics, and it would be great if you have an understanding of the manufacturing process.
