Head of Growth Marketing

Our client is a retail brand renowned for its home wellness products and is now seeking to expand their team and hire their first Head of Growth Marketing. With a track record of sustained growth, they are now prepared to expand their presence into the Southeast Asia (SEA), United States, and Europe.

In this position, you will be the gatekeeper to their growth strategy with the vision of empowering 1 million households by 2027 and working hand in hand with the co-founders to build on this journey.

Ideally coming with the D2C knowledge, you will be able to bring in a clear strategic direction and ensure seamless execution of their direct response and conversion optimisation campaigns. Your expertise with paid media campaigns like FB, Google and TikTok will tremendously contribute to the success of this role.

This opportunity presents you to lead and mentor a talented marketing team of 20 people and although prior team management experience is desirable, it is not mandatory. As a growth path – you can envision yourself to grow into a global marketing lead or choose to grow horizontally.
