Salt is looking for a Marketing operations Program Manager . This is a one year contract role with out client.
Whay you will do:
Operational Excellence:
Deep-dives into logistical and administrative marketing platforms, tools, SOPs and programs to develop and drive operational excellence for physical and virtual events and marketing activations, e.g. streamlining digital and virtual events management; managing vendor, contracts and POs; identifying platforms solutions and integrations, etc.
Plans translations roadmap, ensures quality control and handles the coordination of media partnerships teams’ requests, and translation vendors’ outputs, to effectively localize marketing programs, video case studies and written collaterals
Leads and oversees the consolidation and management of team updates and resource hubs / libraries
Tracks, monitors and prepares reports on marketing programs performance including audience sentiment, to help Marketing team identify marketing and programs improvement points and opportunities
Programs & Events Management:
Executes virtual and physical marketing programs / events, and is familiar with virtual events software and platforms
Measures and reports on programs / events success, using data to inform future programs / events for the team
What you should have:
4-6 years experience in marketing and programs management and/or project management
Understands virtual and physical ways of working, with proven track record of running business webinars, conferences, training sessions, etc.
A good understanding of Digital Marketing is a must
