Marketing Support Specialist

Salt talent Search is looking for a Marketing Support Specialist for a 6 months extendable contract role.

What Will You Do:

• Partner with Sales to take inquiries and requests from advertisers/partners to address their questions on troubleshooting cases and ad policy enquiries
• Work with internal teams to follow up on advertisers/partners’ questions and be able to provide the updates or resolutions for the users timely and independently
• Support the operational and administrative works from sales teams when necessary

What Will You Need:

• 3-5 years’ experience working directly with marketing or media
• Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining attention to details
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical and technical skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross functional partnership as well as client relationships in complex and rapidly evolving environment
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis
