Partner Manager

Salt Talent Search is looking to hire a Partner Manager with a Globally established Digital and Technology company for a 12-month contract role based in Singapore.

What you will do…

• Collaborate with and provide assistance to other partner managers in executing effective partner management strategies
• Develop and implement program/project plans and, timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program/project goals and objectives are met
• Manage risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies as needed
• Monitor program/project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program/project outcomes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed

What you will need…

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in partner/project/program management, with a proven track record of success
• Experience working effectively and cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
• Demonstrated experience to operate at scale across multiple teams and initiatives
• Strong execution and project management experience and quantitative/analytical skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Fluency in both spoken and written Vietnamese is a plus
