Partner Marketing Manager

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager for a 12 months extendable contract role in Singapore

Summary

The candidate will partner with the Global Head of Enterprise Marketing, APAC Marketing Lead, cross-functional teams and external partners and agencies to build and execute B2B demand generations programs. She or he will have experience in enterprise B2B marketing in a software or technology environment and have experience in building marketing campaigns, sales enablement material and executing virtual events.

Job Responsibilities:

• Building and executing B2B lead generation marketing campaigns targeting HR, Internal Communications and C-Suite audiences.
• Planning, project managing and executing owned and third party events (virtual and in-person), webinars, digital, social media, emails and telemarketing campaigns
• Strong experience in virtual and physical event content creation including agendas, speaking briefings, high level slide deck development, social media copy and sales enablement material
• Strong interest in and understanding of innovative campaign strategies and execution tactics
• Manage post-event activities, including cleaning, uploading and tracking of leads, and enabling the follow-up tams to drive maximum ROI
• Partnering and working collaboratively with internal and external partners in a fast moving environment
• Comfortable working independently under quickly changing conditions and priorities, can manage multiple heterogeneous projects simultaneously

Skills:

• Excellent presentation, communication and cross-function stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of marketing and business processes
• A hunger for continuous learning and improving marketing best practices
• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• 8+ years in B2B marketing
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Mandarin preferred
