Salt Talent Search is looking to hire a JAPAC Programmatic Paid Media Marketing Manager for 12-month extendable contract role.
Manage various agency partners to build and optimise performance marketing initiatives across paid media marketing channels for the Document Cloud B2C business, getting into the details of executional strategy and find opportunities to continuously refine the programs to exceed given targets
Perform hands-on campaign analysis, compile insights, and create test charters across various aspects of the media buys whilst adopting new platforms and keeping up with the industry
Project manage the end-to-end delivery of local programs including campaign brief, creative specs documentation, campaign set up and reporting
Use a data driven approach to make decisions, ensure we design & deliver relevant, engaging creative content across each media channel in close collaboration with audience segment marketing teams and other digital functions
Responsible for developing media recommendations on how digital channels can be used to integrate the consumer journey and being able to define the role of digital, closely aligning with channel specialists for execution and delivery
Introduce content culturalisation & localisation using local market best practices for paid media across the Asia Pacific region (ANZ, India, Korea, South East Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan)
Trafficking campaigns and understanding platform specific tracking requirement QA (Analytics, Paid Media platforms, Display ad serving & brand safety tools)
Communicate regularly with the broader team on campaign performance, optimisation efforts, and delivery status, accountable to lead weekly run the business meetings and implement paid media next steps to exceed business goals
What Do You Need:
7+ years of experience in various fields of digital media – search, display, social & video marketing with hands-on experience delivering innovative campaigns
Experience in managing performance outcomes and service delivery from marketing agencies
Applied knowledge of marketing automation process and technology (Adobe Digital Experience Tool knowledge preferred)
Proactive, organised, analytical, detail oriented, persistent, and capable of balancing multiple projects and requests
Proficient Microsoft Office skills with the ability to build reports in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience required and MBA desirable.
Fluent spoken and written English, additional languages for our key APAC markets desirable
