Supplier Sales Support

In this role you will provide critical support to the lead of supply chain strategy by assisting with various supply chain projects and workstreams with a focus on Supplier Diversity projects. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and updating the workstream tracker proposing and executing ideas to accelerate workstreams coordinating with cross-functional teams and collecting and analyzing data to recommend opportunities for improvement. Additionally you will be responsible for communicating findings and insights through internal and external communications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the lead of supply chain strategy in executing supply chain projects and workstreams including Supplier Diversity and Optimization projects.
• Own manage and update the workstream tracker to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for analysis and decision-making.
• Proactively propose and execute ideas to expedite workstreams identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams facilitating regular syncs to ensure alignment and progress.
• Draft internal and external communications effectively communicating abstract and complex situations in a concise and compelling manner.
• Collect aggregate and summarize data from various sources utilizing Excel and pivot tables to analyze and extract meaningful insights.
• Utilize data manipulation skills such as SQL and basic Python to efficiently process and analyze large datasets.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of data presenting clear and concise findings to support decision-making and drive actionable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies based on data analysis.
• Foster influence and collaboration with partner teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrate proactiveness and follow-through in project execution ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
