As an account manager, you focus on building relationships with the accounts that are assigned to you. Human connection is important in this role as you will be continuously engaging with the customers to understand their needs. When customers share any pain points and you believe that the company can help with, this is where you showcase your upselling and cross selling skills. While handling all the accounts under your care, you are the face of the business. You are not alone in this. You have a strong backbone of sales and presales team to support you.

What do you need for this role?

• Having the familiarity with any network and telco products
• Having the accountability in handling accounts and building deeper relationships with customers
• Having the experience in upselling and cross selling solutions
