Sales Operations Analyst

Salt is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst role for a global tech client on a yearly renewable contract role. As a Sales Operations Analyst, your role is to accelerate best sales business practices and maximize market opportunities to drive sales success while working closely with the APAC wide Sales Operations Team.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the regional sales leader in the day-to-day running of the business
• Assist the Regional Sales Leader, Sales Account Managers, Channel Account Managers and Renewal specialists to be accountable for achieving revenue.
• Diagnose gaps and develop action plans to improve performance across the region
• Support business reviews, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, using pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required
• Provide insights through detailed revenue and product analysis
• Partner with the APAC Program Manager in monitoring the adherence to all aspects of Channel Partner programs.
• Manage channel partner targets and support reseller Ad Hoc incentives and validation on a quarterly basis
• Support reseller rebate validation on a quarterly basis
• Assess current business practices and provide innovative approaches for improved efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinate with channel team for partner enablement and on-boarding related trainings.

Skills:

• 4+ years of work experience in sales operations, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Familiar with CRM tools and systems, especially SFDC and business intelligence reporting tools such as Power BI
• Strong problem solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills
