Salt is hiring Customer Centric Project Manager for a Social Media client for 6 months renewable contract role. In this role you will influence, challenge, coordinate and deliver program communications, create project plans, ensuring stakeholders are aligned with the program plan & progress and demonstrate solid judgement on escalation management.
What you’ll do:
Execute processes and drive projects that have well-defined scope, effectively managing the activities that lead to successful outcomes of immediate team objectives.
Consolidate information into a central location including stakeholders, plans, prioritized objectives, estimated task durations, risks, schedules, and dependencies.
Develop the ability to adjust to deliver results on time using discretion and independent judgment in determining appropriate steps.
Monitor and communicate progress, risks, and mitigations for defined programs and tasks.
Execute against existing team-level projects and processes with defined scope and complexity, in partnership with more experienced program managers
Author stakeholder map that specifies who is impacted by, and who influences, program outcome in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
Collect data relating to program progress from program stakeholders
Coordinate and deliver program communications in close collaboration with program stakeholders, including metrics progress, meeting notes, meeting AIs, decision/escalation logs, newsletters, and websites.
What you’ll need:
Proven success in complex project management and execution Process / workflow experience
Experience working in/with B2B sales teams
Experience working with business and technical stakeholders in translating needs and business priorities for systems into tools requests
