Xpand is looking for a Project Manager for one of its clients. This is a contract role to begin with.

Edge Operations Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to support the network programs in the infra operations & deployment domain. A successful candidate is a highly motivated individual who works comfortably with ability to manage priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

To work on tactical projects closely with internal partners/stakeholders or external vendors to improve the deployment and operation of the production network.Provides written and other communications to globally dispersed audiences as directed. Manage documentation, update wiki. This role may have to work with global teams at odd hours.

Minimum Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline or related field

·      5 years of relevant work experience & 3 years of project management experience managing dynamic projects in Infrastructure domain with Network Operations or deployment

·      Experience with project metrics, KPIs, SLAs, analyzing trends

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Excel (pivot table), powerpoint work experience

·      Basic networking knowledge or understanding of network infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

·      Excellent project management experience, ability to define projects, track milestones with multiple stakeholders in different timezones 

·      Experience driving projects in process improvements, workflow optimisation, tooling, workflow documentation, dashboards creation

·      Experience with developing metrics, tables, and dashboards of performance and financial data. Merge and analyze multiple data sources from ticketing, financial, and other systems.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including at the executive level) with experience using sound judgement and discretion in tailoring messages to specific audiences.

·      Ability to stay calm, composed, and professional in a fast-pace and dynamic environment of shifting objectives and priorities. 

·      Experience using pivot tables, SQL, and building data visualizations in Excel or Tableau is a strong plus

·      PMP or any project management certification preferred but not a must

·      CCNA or any networking certification preferred
