Our client is a global leader in the telco domain. At the moment, they are build a global support team. This is a newly created role.
You will be working with a great team globally to tackle any issues raised by the global customers. This includes US, Europe and APAC regions. Zendesk is the ticketing tool that is being used to monitor the incidents. With this, you will be the first point of contact with customers. You will be assisting them through calls, or emails.
Here is where you can showcase your customer care to the clients. You will be able to wear you critical thinking cap to identify the issues your clients are facing. From there, you can propose the next best solution to the customers.
In this role, you get to learn more about technical products and skills. You will be able to expand your client management skills to the global arena.
