Technical Account Manager

Join a profitable global Fintech startup to be part of their technical account manager/customer success manager team.

This role reports into the COO. You will spend most of your time in 3 areas. 1/3 of your time will be client facing where you will be joining the sales team in requirements gathering and whiteboarding solutions to the clients. Another 1/3 effort will be around functionality implementation. You will regularly engage with the stakeholders and enduring the delivery of the solutions agreed. This role requires you to work with the engineering team to ensure the solution would work from the technical standpoint. When it comes to frontend matter, you will be involved while the engineering team will focus more onto the core engineering matter of the product.

Strong business acumen and client management experience would be needed for you to excel in this role. Experience with frontend development with Javascript, HTML and CSS is crucial for this opportunity.
