Digital Designer

Our client is currently looking for a Designer with hands-on experience designing and building branded emails and landing pages using platforms like Pardot, Splash, and Outlook. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and confident working across various templates, formats, and campaign types-from internal communications to lead generation pages and event activations.

Responsibilities:

• Splash Platform Campaigns: Design and build branded assets for event landing pages, registration forms, and event hubs
• Pardot Landing Pages: Design, develop, and QA landing pages and lead capture forms
• Pardot Email Campaigns: Create and deploy newsletters, marketing emails, and invitations-supporting everything from visual design and HTML build to platform-based deployment
• Outlook: Design and build reusable monthly email templates

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital/email design and creative production
• Proficiency in Pardot, Splash, Outlook, and similar tools
• Strong understanding of responsive design, HTML/CSS, and email best practices (bonus for experience navigating platform quirks)
• Skilled in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent
• Highly detail-oriented with a sharp eye for alignment, spacing, and typography-while also thinking holistically about UX, scalability, and performance
• Familiarity with ADA/accessibility standards and email QA tools is a plus
• Collaborative, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, brand-focused environment
