Product Management Producer

JOB SUMMARY

Our Product and Design studio is seeking a Product Management Producer. This experienced Product Producer will partner closely with Design, Business, and Engineering teams to organize and guide projects that improve the TV app customer experience. We are hiring a producer with outstanding program management skills and strong creative intuition to partner with Product Management and cross-functional teams on the strategic planning of features and launch of TV programs.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years as Producer, Project Manager, or Program Manager in tech, or working on digital entertainment products

* Background in user experience, product management, or creative operations – operations for Product teams is a plus

* Aptitude for grasping complex concepts and shifting between conversations at varying altitudes

* Strategic intuition that helps to foster synergies among our teams and develop cross-product connections

* Ability to operate on differing project timelines and evolve project plan to meet specific needs

* Deep familiarity with entertainment products and digital services including an ability to learn new technology quickly

* Understanding of the relationship between hardware, software, and services to create amazing customer experiences

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to read a room and foster deep relationships across the company, in order to facilitate complex discussions and handle difficult situations with diplomacy

* Objective approach to problem solving in order to drive alignment in a debate-driven culture

* Outstanding oral and written communication, including experience presenting to a variety of audiences

* Top-notch organization and prioritization skills

DESCRIPTION

As part of the Product Operations team, you’ll work across the TV app, including TV+ and sports. You’ll partner with Product Management, Human Interface and Content Design, Engineering, and Business teams to drive projects that deliver new capabilities and features. You’ll uphold and help inform process, workflow, and standards for the Product Management teams, including operationalization of go-to-market activities in the lead-up to launch. You’ll also play a central role in preparing product demos, executive reviews, and presentations. A central focus of this role is working across Product teams to make our experiences more consistent, seamless, and magical for customers. You can run a tight ship and you’re at your best when juggling numerous competing priorities and switching contexts – all while advocating for exceptional user experience and ensuring that the end product is delivered on time and meeting stakeholder expectations. When an opportunity arises to take action and move a project forward, you take the initiative to ensure the job gets done.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

* End-to-end project management

* Plan and lead ideation and creative workshopping sessions

* Drive and update progress on key projects, including setting milestones and delivering on deadlines

* Organize weekly team meetings and communicate updates

* Coordinate and maintain product documentation and roadmap

* Manage large cross-functional project meetings and reviews, including across time zones

* Track and report on project milestones and scope changes

* Facilitate creation of Product artifacts including keynotes and documentation for meetings, briefings, and launch

* Continuously optimize workflow and communication in a fast-paced, demanding environment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

* BA/BS or equivalent experience
