Multi-Disciplinary Designer

We are working with an innovative series D biotech business to hire 2 commercially astute designers.

This is a multidisciplinary role across all media – please highlight your relevant work in the beauty/wellness space when sharing your portfolio. We are specifically looking for examples of clean, elevated, premium branding decisions and projects.

It is a fully remote role in the USA, and the pay range is $80,000-100,000 plus bonus, equity, and great benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing:
– Brand Development: Evolving the visual identity and maintain consistency across platforms.
– Content Creation: Designing dynamic content for social media, campaigns, and events (graphics, motion, video editing).
– Packaging & Print: Creating innovative product packaging and promotional materials.
– Trend Research: Staying ahead of the curve on design trends and tools.

Requirements:
– A strong portfolio across diverse media, especially digital design, branding, and social content.
– 3+ years of design experience (preferably in agencies/creative studios)
– Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, Figma. 3D design is preferred.
– Strong interest/experience in health or wellness.
