Content Producer (People Experience Tools)

1-Year Contract | Based in Cupertino, CA (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Content Producer to join the People Experience team at a global tech leader. This role supports two internal platforms – ServiceNow (employee support) and Workday (HR process and instructional content). You’ll help ensure the platforms deliver the best user experience through clear, consistent, and well-placed content.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage content change requests and intake through ticket tracking systems (Radar and others)
• Prioritize, track, and escalate tickets as needed
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), editors, legal and privacy stakeholders
• Lead QA sessions and support platform content reviews
• Write, rewrite, and edit platform content according to brand voice and content guidelines
• Contribute to content strategy by identifying improvements and connecting platform content

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience managing digital content and workflows for high-traffic platforms
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with ticketing/task management systems
• Excellent writing and editing skills (UX writing is a plus)
• Experience working with ServiceNow or Workday is a plus
• Attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
