Technical Program Manager

Location: On-site in Culver City or Cupertino, CA (1-year contract)

Salt is supporting one of the world’s most iconic tech companies in the search for a Technical Program Manager to join their Product Design & Marketing (PD&M) – Creative Infrastructure Team.

This team is behind the creative infrastructure powering apps, games, music, TV, podcasts, books, and much more – both ingesting and creating the content experiences millions see every day. You’ll be central to how assets move across systems and teams, ensuring technical and creative alignment.

What you’ll do:

• Own the cross-functional communication flow – run meetings, track project health, and flag key decisions and issues.
• Build roadmaps and detailed project plans, helping guide a high-output team of developers and product specialists.
• Partner with Design, Business, Platform, and Engineering to ensure execution aligns with creative and technical expectations.
• Prioritize incoming work, navigate shifting timelines, and ensure clear documentation and project completion.
• Continuously refine processes in a fast-paced, creative-technical environment.

What we’re looking for:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Producer, ideally in a software or creative/digital agency environment.
• Deep understanding of software ideation and delivery processes, and how to bring design, marketing, and tech together.
• Comfortable managing multiple complex projects and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Wrike, Airtable, Asana, Workfront, etc.
• Strong organizational mindset and the ability to zoom in and out of details without losing focus on delivery.
• Bonus if you’re savvy with Keynote, experienced on macOS, or familiar with content pipelines and asset workflows
