Associate Product Producer, Services

Location: Hybrid – Onsite 3x/week in Culver City, California.

Contract: 12 months (with potential extension)

We’re looking for an Associate Product Producer to support our Product Management Producers and Managers in shaping groundbreaking features. This is a role for a highly organized, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working across multi-disciplinary teams.

What you’ll do:

• Support Producers in organizing product roadmaps, backlogs, and leadership reviews.
• Coordinate and document meetings, action items, and project updates.
• Keep projects on track from idea to engineering commitment.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Business teams to bring new features to market.
• Help formalize processes and best practices across the Product organization.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years as a Producer, Project Manager, or Program Manager in tech or digital entertainment.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with project management tools (Wrike, Airtable, Jira, Asana).
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change.
• Familiarity with digital entertainment services and a desire to learn new tech.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
