Content Scheduling Associate

Contract – Culver City, California (on site)

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Scheduling Associate to join a global streaming team responsible for launching some of the most compelling original programming in the industry. This role plays a key part in shaping the release strategy for scripted series, films, and documentaries to drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention.

What You’ll Do

As a Content Scheduling Associate, you will support the planning and execution of release strategies for a slate of premium original content – including series, films, and documentaries. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in production, marketing, programming, and analytics to maintain and manage a master calendar of upcoming content. Your role is essential in making sure content launches align with both creative goals and audience engagement strategies. You’ll track timelines, flag risks, analyze data, and contribute to decisions that impact global release schedules.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You should have experience working with content or media planning teams and an understanding of how scheduling impacts user behavior and platform performance. You are organized, data-savvy, and passionate about the evolving entertainment and streaming landscape. Familiarity with scheduling tools, dashboards, and performance metrics will set you up for success.

Key Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in scheduling, content strategy, media planning, or operations
  • Experience tracking timelines and supporting complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret audience and performance data
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Proficiency with tools like Airtable, Tableau, Numbers, and Keynote is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
