A high-growth consumer tech company is seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing strategies across multiple acquisition channels. Role Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing and executing acquisition marketing strategies, managing paid social campaigns, optimizing performance, and mentoring a team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong balance of analytical expertise and creative problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Growth Strategy: Own acquisition marketing efforts across paid social, as well as podcasts, YouTube, direct mail, TV, and other digital and offline channels.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee end-to-end campaign development, including creative strategy, asset production, ad operations, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Creative Development: Spearhead ad creative ideation, collaborating closely with video editors, production teams, and copywriters to build high-performing assets.
- Experimentation & Innovation: Drive A/B testing, audience targeting strategies, and funnel optimization to maximize performance and scale campaigns.
- People Management: Mentor and lead team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
- Market & Consumer Insights: Conduct in-depth research on consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform creative and acquisition efforts.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics, identify trends, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Tech and Data Science teams to implement funnel optimization and performance tracking solutions.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on performance marketing at an agency or high-growth DTC brand.
- Extensive hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and other digital platforms, with a proven ability to drive measurable growth.
- Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments that demand adaptability and strategic problem-solving.
- People management experience preferred, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative and strategic mindset, balancing data-driven decision-making with innovative marketing execution.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both internally and externally.
