Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Our client is a boutique digital marketing agency based in NYC. They work across Creative, Analytics and Growth projects with awesome apps and web-based brands at the heart of the digital economy. Think Bumble, Peloton, and Spotify.

We’re looking for a pro-active Senior User Acquisition Manager who will work on growth marketing projects across all digital channels.

We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with performance marketing and user acquisition experience across gaming/mobile apps.

The ideal candidate…

• Expertise – You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing including but not limited to:

– Mobile app optimisation/ASO

– Paid search

– Paid social

– Competitor analysis

• Account management – You need to be comfortable working directly with and managing senior stakeholders with demonstrable experience in this capacity. You will be managing no more than 3 accounts in this role, with each relationship carefully nurtured.

• Attitude – You are someone who loves to take the wheel and drive projects forward. You make things happen and enjoy working autonomously.

• Leadership – You’re a natural leader and enjoy managing people and culture on projects.

The salary range for this role is $114000 – $140,000 per annum, plus bonus + benefits incl. fully covered health and shared parental leave.
