We’re hiring on behalf of one of the world’s most influential tech and media brands-renowned for its boundary-pushing innovation in consumer technology, digital entertainment, and content creation. This global team is seeking a Data Analyst to help drive smarter decision-making through actionable data, insights, and reporting infrastructure.

In this role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and creative teams to design dashboards, streamline reporting, and build scalable data pipelines that directly support strategic and operational goals. You’ll be part of a fast-moving and collaborative environment where curiosity, creativity, and technical excellence are celebrated.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop data tools, dashboards, and reports that help various departments make informed decisions.
  • Translate business needs into automated, scalable reporting solutions with minimal oversight.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure that connect finance, operations, and business teams with critical insights.
  • Identify trends in large, complex data sets to support both diagnostic and predictive analytics.
  • Maintain data integrity and proactively troubleshoot any system or pipeline issues.
  • Work cross-functionally with data engineers, analysts, and end users to understand workflows and ensure tool alignment.
  • Perform data entry and optimization tasks as needed.
  • Deliver data visualizations and insights that clearly communicate business opportunities and risks.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, tools/platform implementation, or systems support.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and tools like pandas, NumPy, Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Proven experience working with Snowflake or similar data lake systems, and with ETL/Reverse ETL workflows.
  • Strong hands-on skills with Tableau (or similar BI visualization tools).
  • Knowledge of workflow management tools or systems, with experience testing and implementing them.
  • Ability to identify and resolve system or data pipeline issues independently.
  • Deep understanding of analytics best practices-especially in financial data workflows like purchase requests, POs, and invoicing.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate raw data into business value via dashboards, reporting, and clear recommendations.
  • Strong experience documenting data analysis processes and educating stakeholders on how to interpret the results.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving business priorities in a large, complex organization.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with sensitive, confidential data and exercising discretion.
  • BA/BS degree preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
