Head of Account Management
About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Account Management to lead our enterprise growth efforts, developing strong relationships with existing clients, expanding strategic accounts, and driving consistent revenue growth across regions.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Design and execute a growth-focused account management strategy aligned with go-to-market priorities
- Own revenue targets within the enterprise customer segment for the assigned territory
Pipeline Development
- Develop scalable strategies to build a healthy pipeline and ensure consistent quota attainment
- Analyze pipeline performance and adjust tactics to stay on track with quarterly goals
Client Relationship Management
- Deepen relationships with key enterprise clients, focusing on account expansion and long-term value
- Identify client needs and align them with tailored solutions to drive mutual success
Performance Optimization
- Monitor KPIs including revenue growth, pipeline health, and customer retention
- Leverage CRM and sales tools to maintain accurate reporting and data integrity
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on messaging, upsell opportunities, and customer success initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise account management or B2B SaaS sales
- 3+ years in an AI or automation-focused software company
- Proven track record in leading teams to hit multi-million-dollar revenue goals
- Strong ability to lead strategically, analyze metrics, and optimize pipeline performance
- Excellent relationship-building and executive communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)

- Meet or exceed annual and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain strong pipeline coverage and consistent deal flow
- Increase customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
- Drive revenue expansion within existing accounts
