Head of Customer Success – Restaurant Tech SaaS | NYC Hybrid

We’re partnering with a fast-growing restaurant technology SaaS company headquartered in New York City. Their platform is transforming how local restaurants manage delivery and customer engagement-providing commission-free solutions and cutting-edge delivery optimization tools.

As they scale rapidly across the U.S., they are looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead their post-sale efforts. This is a high-impact, hybrid leadership role based in Manhattan, reporting directly to the CEO.

In this role, you will:

• Build and lead a high-performing Customer Success team
• Develop data-driven playbooks focused on adoption, renewals, and revenue expansion
• Champion customer-centricity across product, marketing, and sales teams
• Use AI tools to automate low-touch workflows and scale operations efficiently
• Own customer health metrics including NPS, churn, and retention
• Be hands-on with strategic accounts, solving problems and proving value

What they’re looking for:

• Previous restaurant tech experience is a MUST
• 5+ years leading customer-facing teams in a SaaS environment
• Experience working with post-sale and sales functions, including renewals/expansions
• Knowledge of restaurant operations or food-tech platforms is a big plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work from the NYC office 2-3 days a week
