Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue operations, with extensive experience using HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, and Excel. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the full sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sales activities, working closely with finance, accounting, and marketing teams to optimize processes and drive revenue growth.


  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and accounting teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment throughout the entire revenue cycle.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the sales team by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Oversee post-sales activities, including invoicing, payment processing, and contract management, to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize the inbound lead funnel and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and best practices related to revenue operations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Teams, and Excel.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Knowledge of RevOps best principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
