Salt has recently partnered with a series B-funded Fin Tech platform utilizing Blockchain technologies to help ensure & verify security. Together we are searching for a Lead Security Engineer to lead a growing team this is an opportunity to blueprint Security for the business, you will be given a variety of tasks including:

· Lead all Security Engineering tasks including introducing App & Cloud Security to the business

· Asses all existing security protocols that currently are in place, looking for ways to implement & improve best practice

· Experienced in threat and vulnerability management, penetration testing and SecOps

· Oversee the deployment of a new incident response practice

The ideal candidate will have a background similar to:

· Strong Educational Background (Computer Science is preferred but will consider surrounding fields)

· Experienced in threat and vulnerability management, penetration testing and SecOps

· Leading junior- mid level Security Engineers

· A background in scripting (python)

· Experience working in a cloud based environment (AWS is preferred but will consider Azure or GCP)
