Mask Layout Designer

We are looking for an experienced professional to join a top-tier engineering team designing advanced chips for next-generation products. In this role, you will create precise, detailed layouts for complex RF and analog circuits used in high-performance wireless technologies, ensuring they meet the highest standards for performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant industry experience in IC layout design.
• Solid background in custom RF/analog layout for radio transceivers, with deep knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS processes.
• Hands-on FinFET technology experience (7nm highly preferred).
• Expertise in layout techniques for device matching, parasitic minimization, shielding, and high-frequency routing.
• Strong understanding of RC delay, electromigration, signal coupling, and advanced process effects (LOD, WPE, etc.).
• Proficiency in CADENCE layout tools and interpreting CALIBRE DRC, LVS, and ERC reports.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; scripting knowledge in PERL or SKILL is a plus.

What you will do:

• Design detailed transistor-level layouts for RF and analog blocks such as LNAs, mixers, PLLs, modulators, power amplifiers, ADC/DACs, and filters.
• Collaborate with circuit designers to develop optimized floorplans.
• Execute full verification flow (DRC, LVS, DFM) to ensure manufacturability and quality.
• Apply best practices for power routing, grounding, differential/IQ matching, and signal integrity.
• Contribute to products that will be used by hundreds of millions of people worldwide.
