- Serve as the lead Wrike administrator-configuring request queues, user groups, and permissions while ensuring best practices are followed across the organization.
- Train internal users (both 1:1 and in groups) on system functionality, best practices, and workflow adoption.
- Regularly maintain and support Wrike’s health and structure, incorporating upcoming platform enhancements and integrations as needed.
- Act as the bridge between business needs and system capabilities-helping stakeholders navigate competing priorities and maintain alignment on goals.
- Represent Wrike strategy and operations in governance and leadership meetings.
- Contribute to building a centralized data bank to track campaign performance, media spend, team capacity, and more.

- Deep understanding of workflow systems and business process design, especially for creative, marketing, or retail organizations.
- Experience developing training materials and conducting system onboarding for users at all levels.
- Comfortable navigating both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt quickly in fast-changing environments.
- Proficient in process mapping, documentation, and creating scalable SOPs for operational consistency.
- Confident working across global teams and time zones, and able to represent platform best practices in high-stakes discussions.
- Excellent communication skills, with a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
