Are you a highly organized and proactive administrator who likes to get things done? We’re looking for a solution-oriented Finance Administrator to join a busy and growing team in Midrand. This is a great chance for an experienced person who pays close attention to details and is good at keeping processes running smoothly.

About the Role:

This is a key admin job, not a traditional finance one. You’ll be the go-to person for the sales team, handling all the paperwork for machine sales from start to finish. We need someone with their head on their shoulders who is a proactive problem-solver, not someone who just points out problems.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Sales Paperwork: Managing all the admin for both cash and financed machine sales.
  • Deal Packs: Putting together complete and accurate “deal packs”-all the documents needed for each sale. You’ll make sure everything is in order from A to Z.
  • Sales Team Support: Spending most of your time (around 90%) working directly with sales reps to make sure their deals go through without a hitch.
  • Client Contact: A small part of your job (around 10%) will be talking to clients to make sure everything is okay with their sale.
  • Month-End Work: Helping with important banking tasks at the end of each month.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: You’ll need at least 5 to 10 years of solid admin experience.
  • Skills: You must be great at admin, be very organized, and have a sharp eye for details.
  • Industry: Any background in automation or a similar field (like vehicles) is a plus.
  • Communication: You must be able to communicate well in English. We need someone who can explain things clearly and logically.
  • Attitude: You should be proactive and focused on finding solutions. You’ll also need to be trustworthy and discreet with sensitive information.
  • Workplace: The team is friendly and the office is casual and not corporate.
  • Location: You must be able to work on-site in Midrand, five days a week.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: R20,000 per month (this can be negotiated based on your skills and experience).
  • Benefits: You’ll get a company contribution of 7.5% towards a provident fund, a partial contribution to medical aid, and a petrol card worth R2,500 after you’ve been with the company for 12 months.
