Finance Clerk

Are you ready to crunch numbers and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes? We are looking for an organised, detail driven finance clerk to join a dynamic team in the tech & communications space.

Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, load payments & reimbursements.
• Send invoices or statements, process credit notes, follow up on overdue accounts.
• Daily bank reconciliations, journal entries, master file updates.
• Keep the finance engine running with smooth communication & accurate filing.

Experience and qualifications needed:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong Excel skills & solid understanding of accounting basics
• Accuracy, attention to detail & ability to protect sensitive information
• Team player who communicates well
