Location: Remote work with flexibility for onsite consults in and around KwaZulu-Natal (KZN)

Main Purpose of Role: As an Implementation & Consulting Specialist, you will play a key role in providing field (onsite at customers) and remote support, consultation, and implementations to clients. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining and improving customer satisfaction levels, driving business impact through omnichannel BPO solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients globally with their implementation needs, focusing on omnichannel BPO solutions.
  • Lead and participate in implementations according to project plans and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree/Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Certifications related to BPO industry and project management are advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO services, Consulting, and Implementation.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel BPO solutions and technology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic international environment.

Technical and Behavioural Competencies:

  • Good understanding of omnichannel BPO solutions and their impact on business operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management software.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
