Are you passionate about finance and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment? We’re seeking an Order to Cash Clerk to join a fast-paced finance team supporting multiple companies. This role is all about maintaining high service standards and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales invoices and credit notes, process payments, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Liaise with customers and business teams to resolve queries efficiently.
• Manage customer statements, collections, and payment allocations accurately.
• Set up and maintain client accounts while ensuring tax compliance in transactions.
• Contribute to process improvement and collaborate with the wider team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ year’s experience in an Accounts Department or Shared Service Centre (preferred).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated team player who can also work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; additional languages are a bonus.
