Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• 3-5 years of experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
• Strong technological proficiency and comfort with financial systems.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic, aggressive work culture.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Guide and motivate the finance team, fostering a collaborative environment and driving performance improvements.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the financial operations for multiple property portfolios, ensuring precise financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Process Improvement: Develop, document, and enhance financial processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Transaction Management: Oversee high volumes of transactions, including lease activities, billing, and collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance.
• Budget Management: Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met within deadlines.
• Compliance and Audit: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, and coordinate both internal and external audits.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including property managers and investors, to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Hands-On Approach: Engage directly with day-to-day operations, tackling challenges and driving initiatives with a proactive, sleeves-rolled-up attitude.
