We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to join our client’s financial services team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing and maintaining the risk management framework across the organization. This position reports directly to the Chief Risk Officer and requires a high degree of autonomy, analytical thinking, and strategic influence.
Key Responsibilities:
– Risk management strategies, systems, and processes
– Risk assessment and analysis (financial and operational)
– Risk reporting and executive summaries
– Risk identification, quantification, and mitigation
– Risk appetite alignment and policies
– Stakeholder relationships and regulatory compliance
Qualification and Experience:
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 4 – 6 years commercial experience
- Financial Services experience (Non Negotiable)
Skills:
- Advanced Excel Knowledge
