Content Creator

We’re looking for a hands-on, visually-driven Content Creator to join our growing property development team.

If you’re someone who sees stories in spaces, is confident with a camera, and enjoys bringing moments to life through video, this is your space to grow. This is an exciting hybrid role for a content creator with strong storytelling instincts and the ability to turn raw footage into social-ready content. While we currently outsource most of our design work, we’d love for this role to help us start building those capabilities in-house over time.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

🎥 Content Creation (Video-First Focus)

* Visit estates and developments to shoot compelling video content (Reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes)

* Edit short-form videos optimised for social (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

* Capture and edit still images where needed to support storytelling

* Conduct casual on-camera interviews with contractors, homeowners, or internal team

* Keep a consistent and engaging visual tone aligned with our brand 🎨 Light Design Work (Support Function)

* Design social posts, stories, and banners using content you’ve captured

* Create supporting visuals for digital campaigns, newsletters, and WhatsApp

* Assist with internal decks, flyers or marketing templates as needed

* Help us slowly build internal creative capabilities
