We’re on the hunt for a conceptually strong and execution-focused Mid weight Creative Director to join a fast-paced, idea-led agency environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of big-picture thinking and hands-on creative leadership. As the Mid weight Creative Director, you’ll take the lead in developing innovative concepts and guiding teams from idea to execution-across platforms and formats. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to bring client visions to life while ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee creative and production projects from concept through to final delivery
● Develop impactful creative concepts, strategies, and presentations
● Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure creative alignment with client goals
● Direct and guide design, video, and content development across platforms
● Manage and mentor creative teams to deliver best-in-class work
● Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions that push creative boundaries
● Allocate resources effectively and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
● Ensure brand integrity and message consistency across all channels
● Keep up with the latest creative, digital, and cultural trends
● Evaluate creative team performance and provide constructive guidance

Requirements:
● 2-5 years of agency experience in a similar role
● Strong knowledge of branding, marketing, and design principles
● Proven leadership experience in managing creative teams and projects
● Sharp strategic and conceptual thinking
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
● A strong creative vision and ability to execute across digital and traditional platforms
● A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
