Job Title: Executive Creative Director

Key Responsibilities:

As the ECD you will lead the creative department, developing and executing creative strategies that align with the brand’s overall vision. You Will manage a team of designers, content creators, and other creative professionals to produce engaging, innovative campaigns that resonate with the target audience and support brand growth. You’ll be responsible for setting creative direction for the team, ensuring that campaigns are effective and in line with the brand’s goals and audience.

Minimum Qualifications:

● Extensive experience as an ECD with 5+ years in an agency setting

● Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the advertising or marketing industry.

● Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts to stakeholders.

● A deep understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.

● Proficiency in design software and tools.

● A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation
