Multi Disciplinary Designer & Creative Director

Key Responsibilities:
🎨 Lead and execute design projects across multiple disciplines, balancing strategic and hands-on creative work.
🎨 Act as a Creative Director or Art Director on projects when needed, setting a strong visual direction and ensuring high-quality output.
🎨 Work efficiently in Figma, leveraging components, design systems, plugins, and AI-powered tools.
🎨 Create compelling brand identities, ad campaigns, and digital assets.
🎨 Collaborate with motion designers, 3D artists, and developers to execute holistic creative solutions.
🎨 Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and automation to enhance design workflows.
🎨 Communicate effectively with clients and teams, interpreting briefs and proactively asking the right questions.
🎨 Maintain an efficient workflow to ensure rapid execution without compromising quality.

Requirements:

🔹 Proven experience in Creative Direction or Art Direction with a keen eye on quality assurance within deliveries (case studies required/ideal).
🔹 A multi-disciplinary skill set with expertise in at least two or more of the listed areas.
🔹 Figma proficiency is a must! Experience with components, design systems, and plugins.
🔹 Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) and a strong ability to translate a brief or vision, creative direct and collaborate while managing expectations.
🔹 Curiosity for AI tools and their potential in design workflows.
🔹 Stable internet connection and own device for remote work.
🔹 Availability in CET time (9-5 or 10-6 Swedish time, depending on daylight savings).
🔹 Ability to work fast and smart with a highly efficient workflow mindset.
