Product Designer

Are you a Cape Town-based Product Designer with end-to-end design experience, ready to make an impact at an international company? If you thrive in startup or agency environments and are eager to transform the global shipping and supply chain industry, this role could be perfect for you!

Our client, a Series C-funded international startup, has a rapidly expanding South African team of 15. With design at the heart of their product-led approach, you’ll play a key role in elevating their collaborative platform for global trade, making it more user-friendly, seamless, and impactful for customers worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand customer needs and deliver impactful design solutions
• Lead the design process end-to-end, from user research to high-fidelity designs
• Build and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring a seamless experience across the platform
• Contribute to a growing design team and help shape design culture in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• A mid-to-senior Product Designer with experience in the full design process and a background in startup or agency settings
• Proficiency in building and managing design systems
• An independent, collaborative designer who excels in a product-led environment
