We are looking for a Senior Copywriter/Content Strategist who is passionate about retail brands and skilled at crafting outstanding copy that captures attention, sparks engagement, and drives results. In this role, you will play a key part in developing brand voices, writing compelling copy for a variety of platforms, and ensuring the consistency and quality of all written content across retail campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy: Align copy with overall marketing plans.
Creative Copywriting: Write persuasive, original copy for digital ads, social media, websites, emails, product descriptions, and print.
Brand Voice Development: Ensure a consistent brand tone and messaging across all content.
Campaign Conceptualising: Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and promotions.
Digital & Social Media Content: Collaborate with junior writers to create engaging content for social media, blogs, and email to drive engagement and conversions.
Proofreading & Editing: Review and refine junior writer’s work for quality and consistency.
Client Collaboration: Work with clients to understand their goals and craft tailored content.
SEO Optimisation: Write SEO-friendly copy to support digital marketing objectives.
Creative Leadership: Mentor junior copywriters and provide feedback to improve team output.
Campaign Reporting: Analyse copy performance and suggest improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven Experience: 5+ years in copywriting, preferably in retail or consumer brands, with a strong portfolio.
Brand Storytelling: Ability to create engaging narratives across various platforms.
Cross-Channel Writing: Experience writing for digital, print, email, and in-store materials.
SEO Knowledge: Familiar with SEO best practices and optimising copy for search engines.
Creative Conceptualising: Strong at generating ideas and collaborating on integrated campaigns.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work with teams to create cohesive campaigns.
Attention to Detail: Ensure clarity, consistency, and quality across all copy.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
