About the Role: My client, a leading bank based in Stellenbosch, is seeking a talented UX Lead to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of three UX professionals, working on self-service products that will directly impact the user experience and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 3 UX designers, fostering their growth and development.
Oversee the design and improvement of self-service products to enhance user experience.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive product success.
Make strategic design decisions that will have a meaningful impact on users and the overall product suite.
