Crew Employment Specialist

A growing international crew services provider is seeking a meticulous and motivated Crew Employment Specialist to join its remote team. This role involves supporting superyacht crew with employment contracts and payroll services-ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage employment contracts for superyacht crew

• Accurately input and reconcile payroll data

• Communicate with clients and employees on employment and payroll issues

• Maintain confidential and accurate payroll records

• Ensure timely and compliant payroll processing

• Understand and apply HR policies and employment law across multiple jurisdictions

• Track crew certification and support timely renewals

• Administer employment matters across a fleet of yachts

Essential:

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Accurate data entry and good Excel skills

• Professional and courteous telephone manner

• Positive, collaborative team player with a strong work ethic

Desirable:

• Experience in payroll, HR, or similar administrative roles

• Familiarity with international employment or the maritime/yacht industry
