Regional Human Resources Officer

We are looking for a proactive Regional HR Officer to deliver HR support across multiple sites. Acting as a trusted partner to managers and staff, you will ensure effective implementation of HR policies, compliance with employment law, and consistent support on all people-related matters. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and engagement.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, health & safety, and company policies.

• Support appraisals, training, and staff development initiatives.

• Assist with payroll, benefits, contracts, and leave management.

• Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reporting.

Person Specification

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) desirable.

Experience

• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site role.

• Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
